About UsCindy Ehlers is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer, Delta Society Licensed Therapy Dog Instructor and Team Evaluator with over 15 years broadbased experience in applied dog behavior, from teaching basic manners and advanced learning skills to evaluation of temperment and treatment of behavior problems. She is dedicated at helping to restore the relationships between people and their best friends (dogs). She does in-home, phone and internet consultations with clients and their dogs, teaches on going 5 week therapy dog courses and Dog Behavior workshops throughout Oregon and has taught Animal Assisted Crisis Response courses through out the United States. She has worked professionally since 1998 developing programs that specialize in providing animal assisted emotional support to children, teenagers and adults whose lives have been affected due to life changing events, crisis and disaster.Cindy Ehlers, her Keeshond Tikva and other therapy dog teams that have received her animal assisted crisis response training, respond locally and nationally to crisis and disasters.
